To be fair PDD didnt claim to have met all endpoints, and AVATAR was way to small even if they did.

I stand by my thesis that if not true the company has bigger problem such as legal ones.

They have had ample time to retract their claim of meeting all endpoints, had they found out it was not true.

8ks still reflect this information.

The dilemma is, sell since legal action will destroy the price short term, or hold thru the storm and potential P3 PM read out.
