Sandra Boenish still has 311,300 shares in options as of the 10K.
Of those 192,000 are vested. It's not like she cashed out of the company.

She exercised and sold 166,696 shares @ $26.53 on 6/29/21. I'd like to lay down on $4,755,836 my self. She guaranteed her future with that exercise. Sounds like good judgement to me.

Most of the board has been bragging about selling on that share price spike as demonstrating superior judgement and investing skills. Apparently when she did it is considered a MAJOR RED FLAG.

Sorry, but I don't buy it.

The only red flag is that I wasn't smart enough to do the same.
