Looks like lots of time and effort has gone into "Installation" of that equipment.
("Installation" is mentioned in the front of that video.)

You probably noticed that the equipment is also plumbed, and wiring is in the room. The "Chilled Water Supply" and "Hot Water Return" lines are in. It's more than a lump of equipment sitting in a dusty room, as I was imagining. Today's video was a nice surprise to me. Now they need to update us on FDA inspections, and when they expect to run their first batches...which will require people, etc, etc.
