Agree when I asked the CEO at the start of this month he said the year end was being audited and they would become a fully reporting company.... so they will need to be auditing the past 3 years I believe for that to happen.

They have shown increases in revenue the past several quarters so I would expect the same to be true for the 10-K as well as the 4th Q Showing patience's will pay off here is what I am banking on
