I haven't gotten a phone call as to whether I want to participate in the raise. Maybe Payne has his own crew ready to step up to buy the raise. Ideal state would be 4 to 6 institutions being placed with shares. And with the candy they are more likely to provide added funds if needed vs your average retail pipe.
