Doesn't upper Management have Millions of shares, why wouldn't they want PPS to rise? It's just hard to understand how a product is on shelves in tons of stores, and the share price is only .0004, regardless of how many outstanding shares are out there. Maybe PPS is low so someone can Buy them out.
