Timing. Am I correct to assume that if Charles does not drop the audited financials for 2022 and 2022 and remains a non-reporting company. Then they really are not obligated to disclose anything pertaining to the recent change in AS.

Now why he would do that after 2 years and what 3 auditors , I would have no idea.
But we are dangerous close to the truth.
Time will tell.
