They have to actually have interested parties to pull it off. They've got literally NOTHING to show/help them with that right now from just a business standpoint.

The only thing they have is offering someone a sick discount off "current pricing"...which is why the ol' "ramp it from $3 to $5 and raise at $2.00-$2.50 with additional warrant carrots" trick is most likely imo.
