1/3 to 1/2 the float easy. 200 million in free trade volume would raise it up considerably. Need those shares in stronger hands based on positive developments. Matter of flushing things out and building a new chart when volume hits. Kind of like eating a bunch of spicy burritos and having that first explosion and flush the next day. Soon as the flush happens everything is better again.
