I'm very impressed with the layers of barrier fortification(S), which NWBO has cleverly built out over this extensive period. There's a lack of appreciation, imo, by some to understand how enormous that barrier is in practice for any BP to consider challenging. For simplicity, let's look at AMRN's stolen patent(s). Generics challenged only after establishing the confidence first, that they were "prepared" to launch successfully with a product sufficient to pass the FDA'S bioequivalence standards. Imagine that bar to cross compared to what NWBO has built. Feel free to peruse Roman's breakdown on manufacturing components alone, and that doesn't include 13 years of data, which inform product optimization, as the basis for each personalized vaccine. There's no path for any BP to even dream of such a possibility.
It's this painful realization by the status quo, imo, that is responsible for the incessant barrage of adversity thrown in NWBo's way.
