Dear Anti-Mining Marcela, there are only so many finite number mining jobs in the mining industry which you are actively strangling to death. If you continue your extracurricular crusade to jam-pack more women into "make-work" mining jobs then eventually you are going to replace the well-experienced core mining workforce with too many inexperienced people and you will implode what used to be a dynamic money-making industry for Chile with excessive labor, excessive overhead, and no incentive to excel since you have backstopped all these women (ie potential voters for your 2026 presidential run) which will be the kiss of death for privateers on set self-funded budgets trying to compete with too-big-to-fail perpetually state-greased mining companies.

You need to get back to trying to actually run the mining industry in Chile which is your real job and fight to expand it... not off on some tangent playinggrabass being the Human Resources Manager for this leftist/commie government. Better yet, you should declare you are a total useless incompetent nitwit and surrender your position to Willy Kracht or even better... Juan Carlos Jobet.
