There is an issue. Subsequent Events are usually just a rehash of the material events that occurred after the period close up to the date of the filing. Theoretically they should have already been disclosed via 8K.

So the question is, which 8K?

I think they have run into an issue with how the Aegis offering was done.

But we will see.
