As predicted, 'Genviro' did not work! and that is why it was binned from the Xprize!

Spot on and I didn't realize they had to do the results on their own. Sending people to annoy XPrize didn't make sense, but based on that, he probably knew they wouldn't advance when he submitted the saliva test results. It seems like he might have used his indictment for the blood test to explain why the saliva test did not advance, and convinced investors to annoy XPrize to reinforce that story. The lack of an indictment for the saliva test and infomercial were then used to further reinforce the story. He then seems to have used their belief in the saliva test to sell them on these crazy dsitribution deals and shipments. Then by-2022 nobody believed him any more so he set his sights on leveraging the business for a payday. Based on the documents, this seems like how it might have played out.

You get the sense in reading through 7 and 8 that many of these investors saw him as a friend and mentor. He seems to have seen them as assets for not only their own savings but their ability to recruit after assets based on their belief in the product's existence knowing their belief was, at best, misguided. I genuinely hope that after he's out of self-preservation mode, he will be able to find the human part of himself and pay some kind of retribution to his victims. Seeing the world how he seems to see it can't be healthy for him and being put in a position where they could forgive him could be healthy for some of his victims.
