Exhibit 5 is interesting as it represents the first evidence of ANY independent party assessment of ANY Genviro labelled device to identify ANY instance of Covid like substance with a confirmatory control system:

DECN's testing solution read all of the results as a positive and did not perform to any level of expectation. Based on positive and negative assays, the test results did not perform to what would be expected for that phase of testing.

In other words, they hit Berman/DECN with a panel of 'blinded' covid and non-covid samples and asked him to identify which was which.
Berman found 'covid' in them all!
He could not distinguish between infected and uninfected samples at all.
As predicted, 'Genviro' did not work! and that is why it was binned from the Xprize!

Note this doesn't even mean that a non-functioning device prototype even existed at the time of X prize testing. It may have done. It may not. As the samples were supplied to the competitors without them being told whether they were positive or negative all Berman had to do to complete his entry was fill out a results sheet with 'positive' or 'negative' alongside each submitted sample ID. And all he actually needed to do this much was a biro.

Looks like he guessed wrong, anyhow! Quelle surprise!
