Also note, that those 9,502,000 preferred shares can convert into 11,601,942,000 common shares...which is why the AS is at 26,000,000,000...it has to be that high to cover him converting his shares. The risk of dilution now is very, very low since they issued those shares that are restricted (restricted for a good reason imo!)

11,601,942,000 + 11,980,945,784 (restricted shares) + 1,121,754,216 (common outstanding) =

24,794,642,000 total outstanding.
