Trust was ESTABLISHED as per POR ,ok so Trust was established by POR.

CANCELED as contemplated by POR and "OTHER INSTRUMENTS APPROVED BY COURT".

So THESE OTHER INSTRUMENTS WERE NOT ORIGINALLY ESTABLISHED IN THE POR?, BUT APPROVED BY THE COURT TO CANCEL THE TRUST?THOSE INSTRUMENTS COULD BE SHARES,BONDS or CERTAIN CONTRACTS?.
