It seems kinda strange that they issued a 8-K for a Shareholder letter. Is there some sort of SEC rule in affect and Virtra falls under that criteria.

I thought it was a good move to issue the letter.

It sure seems like we have alot of cheifs and very few indians running our company. Or are some of our chiefs getting their hands dirty....Hold the phone can anyone see our new consultant Kelly Jones getting his hand dirty...LOL
