I am going to double-check but I think other than first Constitution Rewrite being voted down on September 4 and the Tax Reform bill being rejected on March 8 I think this Republican controlling majority news today for the Constitution Rewrite II convention is the 3rd best news event we have had in the last 14 months out of Chile .
