That is a great point and how we adapted and it was far more successful, as customer expectations changed. It was always about the customer not us. If that is not the philosophy of the organization, it will not be as successful. Boy has that changed in the last few years. I look at the lack of service where people merely show up to get a paycheck it seems. No one cares mostly and the companies do nothing to incentivize their teams to address it. Of course it is a different and lacking pool of people to draw from, especially since COVID.
