I have been investing in the OTC for over 20 years. If I had just one nickel for every time a useless pump and dump scam like OCLG did a useless corporate shell change (or other meaningless action) to pump a new or old merger I would be rich(er) by now.

Another typical "all sizzle no steak" pump and dump by serial criminal stockman manipulators.

Remember boys and girls the company they announced the merger with doesn't exist anywhere in the world that can be found on any real DnD their website never worked their officers are unknown to anyone.

Beware these pump and dump con artists who make statements like "these guys didn't go through all that just to…."

They take these free or inexpensive corp. actions just so they can pump this piece of s*** to you again.

You have been conned Frank stole your money as did these other people report these con artists to the SEC including the pumpers here.
