Meaning giving out free tampons for the girls in schools will give too much education and critical thinking abilities for the female portion of our education system.

The problem is you're reading too much into it and so are the idiots passing such laws.

It is strictly something learned in Biology and schools should keep on hand the necessary items to help a girl out.

This crap is total insanity.

And now along comes another school shooting.
