Fangster, I probably should have asked you. I believe you have a financial background. Maybe you know the answer to my par value question?...
While comparing CVSI and CWBHF, I noticed CVSI's par value is .0001, while CWBHF's par value is $1.00 with a very similarly sized share structure. I know par value usually doesn't mean much, and please correct me if I'm wrong here, but does that mean that CWBHF can't issue shares for cash below $1.00 without having a direct liability to shareholders?

Jim, I'm wondering if you may know the answer to this...While comparing CVSI and CWBHF, I noticed CVSI's par value is .0001, while CWBHF's par value is $1.00 with a very similarly sized share structure. I know par value usually doesn't mean much, and please correct me if I'm wrong here, but does that mean that CWBHF can't issue shares for cash below $1.00 without having a direct liability to shareholders? Also, CWBHF expects the BAT shares to convert even at the "high" price at which they were issued (~$1.50USD, conversion price of C$2.00 per common share). At what price(s) do you think CVSI's future conversions will take place?

FANG FANG SAID: Thank You WISE WQLF;

the answer is determined by applicable law under which an organization is incorporated in. I believe CW is organized somewhere in Canada with no par value assigned to it stock.

Dr. Joong J Fang Said ;

Companies are free to choose any amount as the par value for their share but they mostly choose a very low amount for their common stock. For example, the common stock of Microsoft has a par value of $0.00000625 per share and Ford’s common stock has a par value of $0.01 per share.”
