Jim, I'm wondering if you may know the answer to this...While comparing CVSI and CWBHF, I noticed CVSI's par value is .0001, while CWBHF's par value is $1.00 with a very similarly sized share structure. I know par value usually doesn't mean much, and please correct me if I'm wrong here, but does that mean that CWBHF can't issue shares for cash below $1.00 without having a direct liability to shareholders? Also, CWBHF expects the BAT shares to convert even at the "high" price at which they were issued (~$1.50USD, conversion price of C$2.00 per common share). At what price(s) do you think CVSI's future conversions will take place?
