Dear_Gabby, if_I were_you inside_the Red_Corridor I_would give_the USA
immediately enough good flat land at US$1 per year charge on a 30-year term to set up a fully functional US Air Force base, 10 Google uplink satellite dishes, 5 NASA (DARPA wink wink) uplink satellite dishes and 10 Starlink uplink satellite dishes... to start. That's what I would do.
