So let us not kid ourselves here, Bolivian President Luis Arce wants to ship lithium to Russia and he needs the Red Corridor to do it.

That is a problem.
How is that a problem you ask?
Well, when aggrieved parties do not adhere to internationally sanctioned judicial decisions... they many times resort to other more primitive nasty humankind methods to recover the property they feel rightly belongs to them.

Dear Mommy's Boy Gabby Boric, have you BTW "properly" assembled a team to defend us lithium mine-owning Chilean businesses spread across the remote Atacama range from aggrieved parties (esp foreign aggrieved parties) who may feel they need to employ primitive-type retribution in situations like this? I actually doubt that you have made those proper preparations but I do hope you will change your thinking soon on this new pressing matter.
