OTC in any form is not an exchange, so there is no higher exchange. Just an exchange. 2.) Admittedly, however, NASDAQ is the next step. 3.) NASDAQ HAS $1, $2, $3 AND $4 entries. I'm not going to list the requirements for entry but here are the basics Bare bones listing requirements
To get the full gambit of necessary requirements, go to NASDAQ website. A claim that SNDD will become listed on the NASDAQ shows a complete lack of knowledge of the system and where SNDD can go. The only other relevant U.S. Exchange is NYSE...Don't even go there.
