The Federal Courts and their Judges, like Miranda Du, are totally unqualified to judge the merits of IP rights. That's why I've been pushing Congress and the USPTO to seek legislation that takes patent disputes out of the hands of the courts and back to the USPTO who are the experts. The USPTO's "Inter Partes Review Board" (IPRB), is perfectly suited to handle those disputes.
