One additional point, they aren’t stupid , but they have NO CAPITAL or access to anything other than shark convertible debt. Also, building some brands in a very small way does not make someone a CEO. This CEO, like Riss, has a salary paid for with convertible debt as are most of the current expenses, including the auditors. These are simply the facts !!
