PVSP has spent hundred of thousands of dollars cleaning up the shell debt and also conducting audits which should be completed very soon.

They ain’t stupid. They will bring value to PVSP as well as the new Artizen pubco. Two audited pubcos both with strong value for shareholders.

Completed audits trigger the next step.
