Don’t doubt they may bring value, but NOT in the water biz unless the tie it into the weed biz. This is a sucker play to sell CDs which has failed thus far but nice try despite the ridiculous attempt. Once the CDs are sold, PVSP will reverse split as the 5 year period is closing rapidly. It will be at least a 1:1000 for sure. The ridiculous extended period for the spin off has nothing to do with anything other than selling the CDs. The Audit is the only requirement for a spin off.
