here's the story Janice...

Our attorney was paid $5,300 and had already accepted our money. There was a
written agreement (yet unsigned), and he was to confer with the client on
Wednesday morning via teleconference. We received an email stating the he no
longer wanted to be involved because he didn't "know" the client, which was an
odd thing to say after already accepting money and knowing full well he would be
confering with him that same morning. When questioned on the phone, he stated,
"I am sick of this crap", which, in our opinion, leads us to believe that he was
harrassed by someone - we do not know who.
