Koos also had owed Lander back pay when Lander was an employee of Regen. He left Regen because the company was going nowhere.
I believe he came back to Regen because he truly isn't doing much at all.
And as you will notice, Regen isn't doing much, if anything, now. We still wait to see if Koos can get funding. I am betting he doesn't get much funding, if any, because no one wants to invest in a pair of biotech losers.
