No Sireee.... these leftist union copper workers want first crack at all the new shiny lithium jobs coming up and they sure don't want to answer to any private-miner bosses (especially white ones) while they are loafing/sleep-walking through their 8-hour work-shift. They prefer answering to some of the new sweet-smelling red-fingernail-polished recently graduated female dainty government-sponsored engineers pretending to be "hands-on mining supervisors" who the union copper workers along with their fast-talking union stewards can steamroll over these women in order to get double-pay overtime (aka no-show extra shift work) 2 or 3 times a week to increase their "mad money" portion of take home pay.
