nez: It sounds as if you are describing lobbying efforts. I had always assumed that ATWT had their own sales staff and lobbyists who were aggressively informing and contacting school districts and legislators everywhere about the advantages of ATWT products.

Is this not so? Would that make sense, that ATWT was actively lobbying for lawmakers to consider making these products mandatory?

ANd aren't there ATWT salespeople contacting school districts, even as we speak?

And if not, then why not?

It would be very disturbing if they weren't.
