I think, if a patient wants to, no harm other than financial harm possibly. Depends on the patient and their insurance. But if I had a choice I would go with DCVax-L first, and if I could stand it, maybe the helmet. I think most patients want to live as long as possible and will do anything, even hop on one leg if they need to do it. I would not argue against their doing it, but I do object to the NVCR people trying ti stop DCVax-L. That is immoral.
