I almost expect Bobby T to make an announcement that Modern Pro has purchased one of the LLC’s he set up last month and state that he paid $1-2 million for it, to be paid off in some form of cash and shares. Pretty much the same strategy as another former Canouse RM , ONCI, tried to structure their company. Fooled some people for a while, the fell on it’s face.
