That's a really tuff one there ........ Let's see if I can explain this: "Taking over the company cheap" and "selling the company to someone else" at a higher price would make him A LOT more money, if the company is undervalued as so many have said !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

300 Million or so shares should not be as valuable as well over 1 BILLION shares ........ PLUS Merging Elite with Mikah gives him 100% ownership of the Adderall products ........ Remember him saying that The Poison Pill will expire this year ??????????????
