He’s the largest shareholder. Stands to gain way more by the share price rising / company being bought out by someone other than him. Lol.

I’ve yet to hear anyone convincingly explain how him taking over the company cheap makes him more money than selling the company to someone else. He’s got what, over 300,000,000 shares? I don’t even know the number anymore, some insane amount.
