Here is a thought, what happens if one of the MM's excluding Citadel of course decides hey we are guilty and strikes a deal to pay a certain settlement amount. I would think that will not bode well for the rest if it makes it to discovery, it's like one the Bank Robbers confesses to get a reduced sentence so to speak and could care of less of what happens to the others.
