B2B Sales Representative Job Description

Wialan Technologies is looking for a B2B Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities by identifying, qualifying, and selling products and services to new and existing customers. You will also maintain relationships with key accounts, negotiate contracts, and meet sales targets.
To succeed in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and presentation skills and the ability to build relationships quickly. You should also be driven, self-motivated, and results-oriented. We will love to hear from you if you have the skills and experience we seek.

Duties & Responsibilities
· Develop and execute sales plans to meet or exceed revenue targets
· Research and develop a deep understanding of target industries, customers, and market trends
· Generate new leads through networking, cold-calling, and other means
· Build and maintain relationships with key decision makers in assigned accounts
· Understand customer needs and requirements and match them with the company’s solutions
· Negotiate pricing and contract terms within guidelines
· Close deals and achieve quarterly quotas
· Keep accurate records of all sales activities in CRM software and provide timely reports to management
· Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute account-based marketing plans
· Attend trade shows, conferences, and other events on behalf of the company
· Stay up-to-date on industry news and developments
· Provide input to improve processes, products, and services

Required Skills and Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in business, sales, or a related field
· 3-5 years of proven B2B sales experience
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
· Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and desire to succeed
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team
· Thorough understanding of the sales process from start to finish
· Preferred Skills and Qualifications

Experience with CRM software
· Familiarity with product pricing and margin analysis
· Strong understanding of the competitive landscape
· Proven success in achieving quotas
· Ability to travel as needed
