Dear Kevin Peng & Sebastian Yang at Simbalik,
if we at LPI on March 22 (in the Senate Hearing) are not promised:
1. That Codelco will immediately cease all further effort to specifically enjoin our Stage 1 Maricunga LPI property in any legal action to subjugate, curtail, expropriate, usurp our right to mine lithium under our 15,200mtpa LCE export quota license.
2. That our current corporate tax rate will be held firm for a minimum of 10 years.
3. That our current Federal and local royalty rates previously negotiated and delineated in our SEA (plus formal public financial DFS) will be held firm for a minimum of 10 years.
... then it is time to pull off the gentlemanly kid-gloves and start our knock-down legal fight with the Chilean Government with a new 2018-type (ref Martin Holland) lawsuit on Thursday March 23 and not postpone this inevitable confrontation a day longer. It will be time to proudly stand on the line shoulder-to-shoulder with Simbalik-SIMCO and fight the current Chilean government.
