I don't think that is the case but it would be OK for me if that helps COOP buying back a lot more shares than at higher levels! The more shares they repurchase now at a lower PPS the higher the EPS will be in the future...

I still contend that COOP is manipulating the PPS and we will remain in the $39-41 price range through Friday. They are having a heyday with the Feds indecisiveness and stupidity and making the most of it.
