The OTC arena is saturated with companies that just keep within the guidelines needed to remain legal and trading.

The fact that these regulatory bodies gave the ok for DBMM to trade does NOT MEAN that they endorsed the purchase of its stock.

FAR FROM IT.

Because DBMM became (or simply remains) legal to trade does NOT mean that investment in the company is a wise decision. A simple look at the share price degradation from WHEN DBMM became legal to trade in the US bears out that statement.
