Anyone saying this RS is not a good thing is trying to cheat someone out of shares...

When a new company takes over, the price never accurately represents the new bought company, due to financial backing, existing assets, etc... in this case, tautachrome has their digital assets, platform, and a string of businesses strung to it. An RS is going to find their new market price, which is going to likely be substantially higher than ttcm's currenr valuation standing solo.

This RS is a good thing, el dorado would be really dumb to buy a company that was just going to tank... i think we will see great investments put into the app, and ttcm will agree with the new price point.

But hey, its a dangerous game you play mr bond, a very dangerous game
