Unbelievable! Some enlightened leftists/commies are beginning to come to their senses on eliminating the redundant unnecessary roadblocks to approving new projects (eg new projects from copper and lithium miners) which are clearly back-alley "vehicles" for last-minute greedy/slimy Ministers (especially indian-loving indianasslicking Ministers), and only 11th-hour roadblocks set up to extort further concessions/kickbacks from petitioning new businesses/companies just trying to start new "basically already fully approved" projects in Chile.
