The only thing that matters is how soon XERI will be able to finalize the deals in the pipeline so that they can included in the amended S-1's and the associated offering. That includes XTI, NNC, TMF, the factory in the NY TriState area, and the major US builder interested in NexBoards. Everything else, including speculation about massive dilution, reverse splits, etc. is just that: pure speculation!
