Hey just wondering if you got anything info on TCRI??

I don't really have any new information regarding the TCRI shell. My reason(s) I made in post #4011 for having some nice exposure to this shell remain valid in my mind, and I have a bid in place at a lower price just in case there is any selling pressure when the TCRI shell goes to unsolicited quotes.

Very difficult to guess what the outcome of TCRI will be. I remember when I first started doing some research on Munaf Ali and noticed he had co-founded a Canadian capital pool company (Logica Ventures). Based on his involvement and the history of the other founder, I thought there was an almost 100% chance that Logica would eventually acquire a company in the crypto/blockchain industry. When Munaf and the other founder handed management control of Logica to another person and other directors were added, at that point I thought there was a strong likelihood that Logica would enter the cannabis or maybe the esports area. But ultimately Logica went in the direction of the precious metals industry.

Like a lot of shells just about anything might happen here. I don't have any good guesses at what Munaf/Phoenix or Seng Yeap Kok have planned for this shell. But what I do know is that the majority shareholder here (Munaf Ali and Phoenix) has extremely impressive direct/indirect connections to a lot of very interesting people and businesses. It is hard for me to ignore that. Maybe this shell will get filled with just a mundane, lackluster reverse merger. But in the event that TCRI gets some incredible, eye-catching RM, I would like to be pre-positioned for it.
