I see that you nor I have any idea about how many papers or how many times they may have been submitted by Anavex.

It has been demonstrated multiple times that the scientific establishment including the scientific publishing industry is quite hostile to new theories that go against the mainstream zeitgeist. Anavex clearly falls into that category.

Anavex may well be having a difficult time finding a publisher willing to publish a paper on an approach that is not just outside the mainstream but is a theory that will change the paradigm and impact a lot of careers.

I don't know if that is the case or not, just like I don't know if Anavex has submitted a paper on PDD or AD even once or 20 times.
