Not entirely true....I am in the WGT camp (time will tell - very short time) AND I am not a big fan of TGD's track record (miss deadlines, poorly presented data, inattentiveness of shareholder's concerns, purposely misleading shareholders*, etc). His MO must change to obtain credibility.


* - I'm anticipating this attribute will stir up some comments so I will give you an example where this happened.

Dates may be a bit off, but some will remember...

Fediran was hired to move along the AD phase II A/B was "scheduled to start sometime in Q3 or Q4-by yearend in the USA...Nothing happen by 12/31/2019 even though TGD started several times (and as late in late November/early December everything was on target)....Dilution occurred doing this time...Sometime in Q2 of the next year we learned the trial was being moved to Australia...For the trial to be moved from the US to Australia would require time....My contention was (and still is) that TGD KNEW in Q4 the trials would not begin by yearend AND not in the US and yet continued to state "ON TARGET". For the trials to start when they did, the legwork had to begin earlier than Q4. I don't fault him in moving the trial to Australia, however I did not like the purposeful misdirection...I'm sure his misdirection was to maintain a higher share price because he had to dilute more because the trials had a major setback (a move from US to Australia). Was the move due to Australia would fund some of the trial or perhaps, the FDA was dragging their feet? No one knows why. The fact remains, he was not totally honest and this tarnished his reputation.

My intent is not be bring up old wounds (but the scars remain). My intent is to state I am in the WGT camp despite some of the unfortunate short comings of TGD. In the end, the science will prevail!!!
