2. & 3. Are old news stories. 1. Is also inconsistent. What is consistent and has more meaning is the lack of generated interest, the lack in both liquidity and trade volumes.

Forward worded statements often generate increased speculation. Increased speculation often generates buying opportunities at any price. None of that has happened, which is necessary to attract new dice rollers. Existing shareholders are either maxed out or do not have the sufficient funds to accomplish the above or they too have doubts from LQMT’s past performances vs the past and present rhetoric.

In addition to the above not enough new dice rollers are seizing the opportunity of a lifetime or quite frankly are not buying into the same old forward worded spin perhaps based on the same inconsistent revenues historically reported up to present time.

My own thoughts (since I don’t give a rats arse one way or the other about spin up or down, positive or negative) is that LQMT may be in negotiations with a potential customer or customers who are satisfied with the idea of having a one sourced manufacturer from abroad and LQMT cannot in anyway shape or form discuss the nature of those negotiations.

What LQMT can discuss like they always have in both the past and present is that they are forever searching for a high volume part to be manufactured.

Bottom line there is nothing new to any of 1. 2. Or 3. Or anything else that was stated. When that happens, when the commentary is not permitted to be perfectly clear for legal reasons, often one has to read between the lines and interpret the comments as they believe. While others should be respectful of those beliefs even if they differ from their own.

In essence I have nothing to report to you now. But, I may have something to report to you tomorrow. I have no contracts to talk about to you today. But I may have a contract to talk about to you tomorrow.
